QUENTIN JACQUEMOUD

Inspired chef

Born into a family of restaurateurs in Haute Savoie, the chef got his start at Ferme de l’Hôpital before moving on to the starred restaurant at the Sydney Opera House. Back in France, he shone at the 3-Michelin-starred Clos des Sens in Annecy, then discovered the hotel business. For the past 3 years, he has been lighting up the kitchens of this legendary establishment. Initially in charge of banquets, last June he took over as head of the hotel’s kitchens, managing a 30-strong brigade.

  • Everyday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Lunch :

  • Monday to Friday, 12 noon to 2 p.m.
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Brunch 12 noon to 3:30 p.m.

Dinner :

  • Monday to Friday 7pm to 9pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed
