On the menu for this gourmet interlude: a refined selection of cold appetizers including salads, local charcuterie and cheeses, a bountiful seafood counter with oysters, lobster, langoustines, shrimp, ceviches and fish tartares, live cooking stations that change each week, and, as the grand finale, desserts that captivate as much with their beauty as with their flavors

Our Grand Brunch is available every Sunday at CHF 130.– per adult, CHF 60.– for children aged 6 to 12, and free for children up to 5 years old.
The offer includes unlimited buffet access, one glass of Champagne or Mocktail, soft drinks, coffee, and tea.
