What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 pm and check-out is possible until 12:00 am. Early arrival and late departure options can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the hotel is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, with facilities adapted to ensure a comfortable stay.

What languages are spoken at reception?

Access and transport

How do I get to the hotel from the airport or train station?

From Geneva airport, the hotel can be reached in 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by public transport. From the Cornavin train station, the journey by car or public transport also takes around 10 minutes.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?

No, but all guests receive a free transport card, valid during their stay, offering unlimited access to Geneva’s public transport system.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, underground parking is available for CHF 3/hour or CHF 38/day. Valet parking is also available at the same rate. Two recharging points for electric vehicles are available.

Pets

Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome with prior notice and an additional charge of CHF 30 per night. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool. Only small dogs are allowed in the restaurants.

Do you serve brunch?

Yes, brunch is served every Sunday (except July and August) at the Woods restaurant, with buffet, seafood and live cooking stands.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, a 22-meter heated outdoor pool is open from June to mid-September, surrounded by a lush garden.

What wellness facilities are available?

The Cinq Mondes Spa offers massages, facials, hammam, sauna and relaxation room. A gym is also available 24 hours a day.

Do you have event rooms?

Yes, 16 meeting rooms, including a ballroom for up to 800 people, are available for conferences, weddings and private events.

Smokers

Can I smoke in my room?

No, all our rooms are non-smoking. However, we do offer smoking areas and a cigar lounge.
