On the menu of this gourmet interlude: a refined selection of cold starters featuring salads, local charcuterie, and cheeses; a bountiful seafood counter overflowing with treasures such as oysters, lobster, langoustines, shrimp, ceviches, and fish tartares; live cooking stations that change every week; and, as the grand finale, exquisite desserts that impress as much with their beauty as with their taste.
