From June 4, Italy comes to life on the plates of the Poolside restaurant!
Alongside 22 meters swimming pool – which is always open to the public – discover fresh, tasty, gourmet and sunny cuisine. Chef Quentin Jacquemoud’s all-new seasonal Italian menu is sure to delight. His specialities include beef carpaccio, saffron and squid risotto, vitello “feratto”, fresh pasta, smoked pistachio tagliatelle with stracciatella and preserved tomatoes, homemade pizzas, fritto misto…
From 6pm, the atmosphere transforms into a lively bar, where our menu offers a variety of antipasti and dolci, in a spirit of sharing and pleasure…

- Lunch & Swim offer at CHF 99.- per person including 1 pool starter & the dish of the day
- Chill & Rosé offer at CHF 65.- per person including 1 pool entry and a glass of rosé & antipasti
Opening hours Monday to Sunday :
Restaurant: 12pm – 6pm
Bar: 12pm – 8:30pm
Swimming pool: 10am – 7pm
Access to the swimming pool is free for hotel guests. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The hotel reserves the right to close the swimming pool in the event of bad weather or privatisation. Pool guests benefit from free parking.
