Geneva meets Boston

A rare culinary experience at InterContinental Geneva
On November 6th, Woods restaurant will host an extraordinary gastronomic evening, bringing together the Executive Chef of InterContinental Boston and the Woods culinary team for an exclusive four-hands dinner. This unique collaboration celebrates the historical and cultural ties that have connected Geneva and Boston for more than 150 years. That connection is rooted, in part, in the Alabama Arbitration of 1872, held in Geneva. Widely regarded as the first peaceful resolution of a major dispute between two world powers, this landmark event helped shape Geneva’s reputation as a centre for international diplomacy.
For one evening only, guests will embark on a culinary journey across the Atlantic. Through a bespoke menu created exclusively for the occasion, the chefs will showcase emblematic ingredients, local inspirations and signature creations, in a fleeting collaboration where craftsmanship, creativity and gastronomic excellence come together.
