The Christmas Log

For this holiday season, Maxime Perreau, the establishment’s pastry chef, revisits the classic St Honoré. A gourmet log with a crunchy puff pastry base, a fleur de sel caramel center, and Madagascar vanilla mousse, creating a real ballet of textures and flavors for an exceptional gourmet experience.

Order to be made 48 hours in advance by reservation at 022 919 35 28. To be collected at the hotel reception from December 15th until January 1st. On order, 8 – 10 people – CHF 89.-

This year, the InterContinental Genève presents a remarkable event by unveiling its first-level balcony for an extraordinary evening. Allow yourself to be immersed in this enchanting ambiance adorned with rhinestones and sequins while savoring a lavish cocktail dinner that harmoniously blends flavors and sophistication.
