New Year’s Day Brunch

Start the year with an elegant brunch celebrating the finest treasures of the sea. Our signature seafood display features Breton lobster, spiny lobster, Fine de Claire oysters from Vendée, yuzu-marinated scallops, king prawns, tartares and ceviches, complemented by our homemade smoked trout heart. The experience continues with roasted turbot delicately smoked with pine needles and served with oyster sabayon, alongside a farm egg from Ferme du Lignon enhanced with black garlic cream and shaved truffle. A crêpe and mulled wine station completes this warm and festive first day of the year.
