For 40 years, Nicolas has been the soul and heart of the InterContinental Genève. Every gesture, every smile, every piece of advice transformed our hotel into a place where excellence had a name: his. He wrote our story, built our reputation, and touched the hearts of thousands of travellers. As a proud member of the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or® International for 34 years, he embodied the very essence of hospitality, turning every stay into a unique and unforgettable experience.

Joining us in 1985 as a postman, Nicolas rose through the ranks with unwavering humility and passion. Much more than a concierge, he became a mentor, a guide, and a friend to all of us. He generously shared his expertise, his wise counsel, and his kindness, making the InterContinental Genève a place where everyone feels at home.

Today, it is our turn to say thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. His retirement leaves an enormous void, but the memories he created will forever be etched in our walls and in our lives. He has left an indelible mark on our minds and hearts.
